Acorn Empire feeding!

by NJ Ant FanPosted on April 4, 2021April 4, 2021
Ants feeding on honey
This is a ring of Acorn Empire workers feeding on honey.

One day I gave the Acorn Empire a drop of honey, and they went completely nuts over it. In the image above, there are a total of ten workers feeding at once! I had a feeling they would love honey because I knew they were not picky eaters. Sure enough, when one ant found it, she alerted the colony of the massive blob of food nearby. As expected, a swarm of ants proceeded to stuff their faces with the food.
