Tetramorium immigrans queen with her first nanitic and brood
Finally! Why are they looking at the camera?

On July tenth, I posted about this Tetramorium immigrans queen I caught. Now, just over a month later she got her first nanitic. Although there is only one nanitic right now, more will follow in the coming days and weeks. Eventually, assuming this colony survives, their population will surpass 10,000 ants!
