Crazy Temnothorax feeding!

by NJ Ant FanPosted on April 11, 2021
How many ants?!?!?

Well, on Tuesday I gave my other Temnothorax curvispinosus colony a hunk of mealworm, and they went completely berserk! This is great because it means that they love mealworms! I also fed The Acorn Empire and The Ruby Dynasty mealworm chunks, and they loved it as well.

Just look at how many ants came out! I did not expect this reaction, but it just means that they are not picky eaters. However, when I gave them some apple, they barely even nibbled it.
